Tom began his Wealth Management career in the Metropolitan New York area in 1992 as a Financial Advisor with a major brokerage firm. He later moved back to his home state of North Carolina where he was a First Vice President and Private Financial Advisor in Wealth Management for a large regional bank/brokerage firm. Tom is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Economics. Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
James is Branch Operations Manager at Founders Financial Alliance, LLC. He has over 10 years experience in the financial industry. James graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC with a BS in Business Management. James enjoys playing golf and time with friends and family.
Brian has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Founders Wealth Partners, he worked with high net worth individuals, small business owners and institutions at Morgan Stanley. Previously, he was with MacKay Shields LLC where he worked with a broad range of institutional investors in a proprietary high yield bond strategy. He also held several client relationship roles with AllianceBernstein L.P. earlier in his career.
Brian earned a BS in Computer Science and an MBA with finance concentration from Binghamton University where he was an NCAA student athlete as a member of the Cross Country and Track teams. He is a certified Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). He has spent most of his life working with and supporting charities for the benefit of children in Northern Ireland. Currently he is a member of the board of the Wake County Ancient Order of Hibernians. He is an avid distance runner, cyclist, golfer and SCUBA diver. More recently, Brian and his wife became proud parents to a son.
I started my financial services career 47 years ago. My career in the financial services industry has included 16 years in banking and tax accounting and 31 years as a Financial Advisor. I specialize in financial, retirement and estate planning with a concentration on multi-generational wealth preservation. Additionally, I assist corporations, 501(c)3 entities and businesses with cash management and direct investment advisory services. I manage customized portfolios that are based on clients' growth and income needs individualized by tolerance for risk.
Over the span of my career, I have continued to sharpen my knowledge by attending many courses and programs offered at various universities such as Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and N.C. State University.
